Directions to NBC

Important: Due to highway construction, these are the best routes to follow. **Avoid using directions from the internet!**

From Boston:

  • Route 95 South to Exit 27 “North Providence/Pawtucket.”
  • Go 0.1 mile to light then turn Left at Sunoco Station.
  • Proceed through first light then at 0.2 miles you will come to a fork, go Left at this fork, past the sign “Oak Hill” and past CVS.
  • From the fork, at 1.0 miles is a Citgo and Shell gas station, go 100 feet past the gas stations and go Left onto Blackstone Blvd (no street sign).
  • Once on the Blvd., head 1.6 miles until you are at the end of the blvd and the road becomes a two lane road, and here go Left.
  • Proceed straight across the other side of the blvd onto Irving Ave, go down the hill, bear Right at the bottom 0.5 mile to NBC.

(Note: Former route to NBC via Gano Street is not available for Southbound travel on Rt 95/195, please follow this new route.)

From New York/New Haven:

  • Route 95 North to Route 195 East, Exit 19, “Cape Cod.”
  • Proceed over the new Green bridge and at 1.0 miles take the exit marked “Gano Street” (this is first marked exit 3 then later as exit 2), trailers will need to go slowly when exiting.
  • At bottom of exit go Left, through construction and under bridge, past DunkinDonuts and blinking light, and at 0.3 miles go Right at the light onto Pitman St. (trailers: this is a tight corner).
  • Once on Pitman, proceed 0.5 mile thru light, to end, and around 3/4 of the way around the rotary, (ie you are turning to the Left), heading North up a slight rise. In 0.5 miles is NBC. (This road is two lane but has no lines.)

Returning to Route 95 North and South:

(Note: Boston bound cars should follow this route and not reverse the inbound directions!)

  • Proceed straight towards the Finish Line/Red Bridge, (do not turn Right up the hill).
  • Go 0.4 miles to Rotary (This road is two lane but has no lines) and go halfway around the rotary and straight out the far side.
  • After the rotary, the road bends to the Right and proceed 0.4 miles to the second traffic light; Turn Left onto Gano at this 2nd light.
  • Go 0.5 miles on Gano to Route 195 WEST (2nd highway sign) and once on the highway look in 1 mile for split onto 95 North and South.
